A software engineering team based in Cotonou
MasterCode builds software for organizations operating in Benin and West Africa, with a direct understanding of local constraints: connectivity, infrastructure, mobile-first usage, and regulatory context.
Our approach
MasterCode designs and builds software for private companies and public institutions. Our work doesn't stop at shipping an interface: we care about what the software needs to do within the organization's real process, and we build accordingly.
Based in Cotonou, we work with a direct, on-the-ground understanding of West Africa: variable network quality, predominantly mobile usage, and a need for robust solutions over sophistication for its own sake. That constraint shapes our technical decisions from the design stage.
